1) Bookings are non-refundable. If a cancellation or reschedule request is needed, please contact your consultant at least 24 hours in advance.

2) After your booking, your consultant will send you a virtual meeting invitation prior to your scheduled consultation.

3) Please email any application drafts, proposals, or other materials to your consultant at least 48 hours in advance of your session to allow them time to review and prepare feedback.

4) Your consultation is for the booked period only. Please do not ask your consultant to review materials after your session has ended.

​

5) All consultants are volunteers. Please be considerate of their time, and the time they have to share with your fellow artists. Please do not book multiple consultations within a two-week period for the same project/application.
